High Pressure Peristaltic Hose Pumps

Transfer 30 to 222 GPM at pressures up to 232 PSI

The Hua Yun IHP80Z - IHP100Z series peristaltic pumps  are designed to transfer fluids up to 222 GPM at pressures up to 232 PSI.  When operated ≤ 30 RPM for ≤ 8 hours daily you can expect approximately 1,200 hours of hose life.  If you are not sure about fluid compatibility we can assist you and provide samples for soak testing.

 

Hua Yun peristaltic pump hose materials include:

• EPDM

• Natural rubber (industrial and food grade)

• Nitrile Rubber (industrial and food grade)

 

Stainless steel ANSI flanged connections are standard although we can supply other connection types and materials.

 

We offer several gear motor sizes, ranging from 20 to 40 HP depending upon pump model with our standard gear box ratio set-up for continuous duty flow rates (approximately 34 RPM).

 

We can accommodate special motors such as single phase or motors suitable for hazardous duty locations.

Depending upon the hose size the displacement from 2.95 to 3.7 gallons per revolution and intermittent applications can be sized for up to 60 RPM.

 

Model IHP80/90/100Z peristaltic pumps feature:

• 3", 3½" or 4" ID hose is only wearable part

 

Model IHP80/90/100Z peristaltic pumps can handle:

• Solids from 12mm, 13.5mm or 15mm depending upon hose size

• Viscosity up to 100,000 cps

• Liquid temperatures up to 194ºF
