High Pressure Peristaltic Pumps

Sealless hose pumps for 30 to 445 GPM at pressures up to 232 PSI

The Hua Yun IHP265Z - IHP2100Z series peristaltic pumps  are designed to transfer fluids up to 445 GPM at pressures up to 232 PSI.  The largest individual hose pump size we offer has a 100mm (4") hose (IHP100Z) and to achieve higher flow rates we install two pumps controlled by a single dual shaft gear box. When operated ≤ 30 RPM for ≤ 8 hours daily you can expect approximately 1,200 hours of hose life.  If you are not sure about fluid compatibility we can assist you and provide samples for soak testing. Stainless steel ANSI flanged connections are standard although we can supply other connection types and materials upon request.

 

Hua Yun peristaltic pump hose materials include:

• EPDM

• Natural rubber (industrial and food grade)

• Nitrile Rubber (industrial and food grade)

 

We offer several gear box ratios and motor sizes, ranging from 50 to 100 HP, depending upon pump model; our standard gear box ratio set-up for continuous duty flow rates (approximately 34 RPM).

 

We can accommodate special motors such as single phase or motors suitable for hazardous duty locations.

Depending upon the hose size the displacement from 3 to 7 gallons per revolution and intermittent applications can be sized for up to 60 RPM.

 

Model IHP265/290/2100Z peristaltic pumps feature:

• two: 2½", 3½" or 4" ID hoses are the only wearable parts

 

Model IHP265/290/2100Z peristaltic pumps can handle:

• Solids from 12mm, 13.5mm or 15mm depending upon hose size

• Viscosity up to 100,000 cps

• Liquid temperatures up to 194ºF
