The Vector 3005 combines a roller design with a lubricant-filled casing. That constant hose lubrication supports higher pressure and longer hose life than a dry-case 2000 Series pump of similar hose size. The hose is the only part in contact with the process fluid.
The performance curve separates the continuous-duty zone (24 hour) from the more typical intermittent-duty zone (8 hour). The 3005 is self-priming, can run dry without damage, and is fully reversible.
| Specification | Details |

| Pump Weight | 77 lb (35 kg) pump only; 176 lb (80 kg) with drive |
| Case Lubricant | 1.6 gallons |
| Design | Lubricant-filled roller style — aluminum casing, cast-iron rotor |
The 3005 uses fiber-braided hoses: EPDM, Hypalon, natural rubber (standard and heavy-duty) and oil-rated nitrile. Standard-duty EPDM, Hypalon and natural rubber are limited to 100 PSIG. Heavy-duty natural rubber and oil-rated nitrile are rated to 200 PSIG. We can review chemical compatibility and provide samples for soak testing when needed. A searchable peristaltic hose chemical compatibility guide is also available.
Connections are 1¼″ male NPT or hose barb in carbon steel, 316 stainless steel and PVC.
Six three-phase 230–460 VAC TEFC gear-motor speeds are offered, from ¾ HP to 2 HP. Single-phase power can be accommodated when required. Maximum pressure is speed-dependent:
| Flow (GPM) | HP | Gear Ratio | Pump RPM | Max. PSI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1.3 | ¾ | 90:1 | 19 | 150 |
| 1.7 | ¾ | 69:1 | 25 | 175 |
| 2.8 | 1 | 43:1 | 39 | 200 |
| 5.7 | 2 | 22:1 | 78 | 100 |
| 7.6 | 2 | 17:1 | 102 | 75 |
| 9.2 | 2 | 14:1 | 123 | 50 |
Shaft-drive configuration (no motor) is also available. Fluid viscosity of 0–500 cps is intended for 0–75 PSIG; 500–100,000 cps for 0–200 PSIG. For longest hose life, stay in the continuous-duty portion of the curve where the duty allows.
Approximate assembled cost is $5,628 including the gear motor. Hose material and connection type can affect the cost. Final pricing is confirmed with the inquiry.
