Vector Model 3005 Peristaltic Pump

Vector model 3005 peristaltic pump

The model 3005 peristaltic pump combines a roller design with wet hose lubrication to enable both higher pressures and higher flow rates compared to our 2000 series dry case design.  The performance curve below delineates the continuous-duty zone (24h) from the more typical intermittent-duty zone (8hr) operating range.

There are four hose materials for the 3005 peristaltic pump: Hypalon, natural rubber, EPDM and oil-rated nitrile.  Some hoses are rated for higher pressures then others and if you have questions about material compatibility we can assist with our resistance charts and hose samples for soak testing or you can review our searchable peristaltic hose compatibility guide.

The 3005 peristaltic pump has 1¼" MNPT or hose barb connections made of steel, 316SS and PVC.

We offer six gear motors to support flow rates up to 9 GPM, ranging from ¾ to 2 horsepower and are 230-460v three phase, although we can accommodate single phase power requirements.
