The Wanner Hydra-Cell Pro® P100 metering pump satisfies API 675 performance standards for repeatability, linearity and steady-state accuracy across a flow range of 0.7 to 26 GPH and pressures from 50 to 1,500 PSI. It meters a broad range of fluids — from clear water to viscous or abrasive slurries.
The P100 is a standard Hydra-Cell Pro Model F20 pump fitted with a right-angle gearbox. Ten standard gearbox ratios determine maximum flow based on pump shaft RPM. When paired with a programmable variable-frequency drive (VFD), the P100 maintains metering accuracy within a 10:1 turndown ratio.
| Specification | Details |
|---|---|
| Flow Range | 0.7 to 26 GPH |
| Pressure Range | 50 to 1,500 PSI |
| Design | Seal-less simplex diaphragm (based on F20) with gearbox |
| Pulse Frequency | 1 to 12 pulses per second (depending on gearbox ratio) |
| Turndown | 10:1 with VFD |
| Motor Mount | 1800 RPM 56C NEMA frame (right-angle gearbox) |
Although the P100 uses a single pumping chamber, the relatively high pulsation frequency produces smooth, gentle performance. Each shaft rotation generates two pulses, resulting in 1 to 12 pulses per second depending on the selected gearbox ratio. This makes the P100 well suited for continuous metering duty where lower flow rates (< 0.5 GPM / < 30 GPH) are required.
The only components in contact with the process fluid are the diaphragm, o-rings and check valves. Unless chemical attack occurs, the diaphragms are not considered wear items — only the check valves eventually require replacement.
Check valves are easily replaced by removing six cap screws. No special tools are required, and in many cases the valves can be changed without removing the pump from the system.
We can supply single-phase or three-phase motors, inverter-duty motors, explosion-proof motors and complete pump/motor/VFD packages. Provide your design criteria and we will size the system accordingly.
