Vector Model 2006 Peristaltic Pump

1¼" hose pump for transferring fluids

Vector Model 2006 peristaltic hose pump

Send us an inquiry

The 1¼" inlet/outlet model 2006 industrial peristaltic hose pump is designed to transfer fluids at a rate up to 10 GPM and at pressures as high as 60 PSI.  It's simplistic design enables it to reliably transfer difficult to pump fluids, whether they are aggressive (acids & chemicals) or viscous containing a high percentage of solids.

The expected hose life for applications operating at ≤ 60 RPM (10 GPM) for ≤ 8 hrs daily is 1,500-2,000 hours; thereafter performance will degrade and eventually the hose will rupture.

We offer (7) hose materials for the model 2006 peristaltic pump:

We can assist you with selecting the most compatible hose for your fluid and can also provide samples for soak testing.

The connections are typically hose barb, ANSI flange or tri-clamp and offered in PTFE, steel, and 316SS.

We offer (5) gear motor options, ranging from 1 to 2 HP, all are 230-460v three phase although we can accommodate single phase electrical service if needed.
