Model D12 verticle high pressure coolant pumpUnlock the potential of your CNC machining centers with Wanner™ Hydra-Cell® Pro model D12 Hydra-Cell™ Pumps, purpose-built to deliver high-pressure coolant for deep hole drilling, milling, lathing, and high-speed grinding applications. Capable of impressive flow rates up to 8.8 GPM and pressures reaching 1000 PSI, these pumps outperform conventional alternatives.

 

In machining, recycled coolant often contains fine metal and plastic particles. Unlike conventionally sealed pumps requiring costly filtration to protect against damage, model D12 Hydra Cell Pro pumps boast a sealless design. Filtration needs are dictated by system components like rotary unions and tools, not our pump. The model D12 Hydra Cell Pro pump and the Model D17 Hydra Cell Pro pumps are the only Hydra-Cell pump  models designed for vertical installation. The model D17 Hydra Cell Pro pump can provide higher flow rates and pressures, the model D12 Hydra Cell Pro pump is the most common version used to retrofit and replace machining centers having multiple stage centrifugal pumps.
