Vector model 2004 industrial peristaltic pumps are designed to transfer fluids up to 2 GPM at pressures up to 45 PSI.  Expect up to 2,000 hours of hose life when operated ≤ 80 RPM for ≤ 8 hours daily.

 

Model 2004 peristaltic pump features:

• ¾" hose is only wearable part

 

Vector 2004 hose pump can handle:

• solids to 1/16" (fiber length up to 11/16")

• viscosity up to 15,000 cps

• liquid temperatures up to 180ºF

The connections are typically a male NPT, hose barb or tri-clamp and offered in PTFE, brass, steel and 316SS.

 

We offer (7) gear motor sizes, all are 1/3 HP and 230-460v 3 phase.  We can accommodate a request for single phase motors.
