Industrial grade peristaltic pump for low flow rates and pressures, mostly for transferring fluids.   When operated ≤ 70 RPM and for ≤ 8 hours daily you can expect to receive 1,500 - 2,000 hours of hose life. 

 

Vector model 2002 peristaltic pumps have a dry case and utilize rollers to pinch the hose, thus this is a maintenance-free pump with the only requirements being to change the hose once performance diminishes or the hose ruptures.

 

Vector model 2002 peristaltic pumps are available with PharMed, Hypalon, natural rubber, EPDM and Varprene hose materials; we can assist you with material compatibility and provide samples for soak testing if needed.

 

The hose connections are reusable and are typically male pipe thread, hose barb or tri-clamp style in PTFE, brass or 316SS.

 

We have (5) ¼ horsepower gear motor speeds to choose from, either single or three phase.
