The Vector model 2005 industrial peristaltic hose pump is designed for transferring fluids up to 6 GPM and at pressures up to 50 PSI.  When used at ≤ 80 RPM and for ≤ 8 hours daily you can expect 1,500 to 2,500 hours or hose life before noticing a drop in performance or a rupture.

 

The hoses for the model 2005 peristaltic pump include EPDM, Hypalon, natural rubber, oil-rated nitrile, Neoprene and Varprene.  If you are unsure about chemical compatibility we can assist and we can also provide samples for soak testing if needed.

 

The connections are made of PTFE, carbon steel and 316SS and typically male NPT, hose barb or tri-clamp style.

 

We offer (5) different gear motors, (4) are ½ horsepower and the other is ¾ horsepower; all are 230-460v 3 phase although we can accommodate single phase power input if needed.
