Vector Model 4010 Peristaltic Pump

Lubricated Shoe Design — 2″ Hose, up to 58.5 GPM at 218 PSI

The Vector 4010 uses a lubricant-filled shoe to compress a 2″ hose. That design supports higher pressure and continuous-duty service on viscous slurries and high-flow transfer. Maximum pressure depends on flow rate and fluid viscosity. Fluid never contacts seals, valves or packing — the hose is the only wetted wear part.

The performance curve separates continuous (24 hour), intermittent and occasional duty so the pump can be sized for 1,500–2,000 hours of hose life. Assembled gear-motor packages are offered from 16.9 GPM to 58.5 GPM. The curve reaches about 69 GPM on occasional duty at 90 RPM.

Hose Materials & Connections

The 4010 uses fiber-braided hoses in natural rubber, oil-rated NBR, EPDM and Hypalon. Typical hose life is 1,500–2,000 hours at 30 RPM. Connections are 2″ 150 lb ANSI flanges. The flange is 316 stainless steel; the insert is 316 SST, polypropylene or PVDF.

Gear-Motor Options

Five three-phase 230–460 VAC TEFC gear-motor speeds are offered: one 5 HP drive and four 10 HP drives. Standard gear motors used with a VFD have a 4:1 turndown. Maximum pressure is speed-dependent:

Catalog maximum discharge pressure is 218 PSI. Stay in the continuous-duty portion of the curve when the application runs around the clock. The two fastest drives are 80 PSI and 72 PSI.
