Vector Model 4010 Peristaltic Pump

2" hose pump for high flow rate transfer or viscous slurries

4010 size industrial peristaltic pumps are designed to output up to 58 GPM at pressures over 200 PSI for intermittant applications.  A lubricated rotary shoe peristaltic pump design enables this pump to operate continuously at flow rates up to 50 GPM and pressures of approximately 80 PSI.  The performance chart below outlines its performance capabilities for continuous, intermittent and occasional duty applications.

The four hose materials for the model 4010 are natural rubber, oil-rate nitrile, EPDM and Hypalon.  If you are unsure of which hose material is best for your application, our compatibility charts might be helpful.  We can also provide samples for 48 hour soak tests if desired.  The 2" hoses have 150# ANSI flanges  made of 316SS, polypropylene or PVDF materials.

 

We offer (1) 7½ HP and (4) 10 HP gear motor sizes to support flow rates from 20 to 58 GPM and these motors can be used with an inverter for a 4:1 turndown ratio if desired.
