The Vector 4006 uses a lubricant-filled shoe to compress the hose. That design supports higher pressure and continuous-duty service compared with the similarly sized dry-case Model 2006. Fluid never contacts seals, valves or packing — the hose is the only wetted wear part.
The performance curve separates continuous (24 hour), intermittent and occasional duty so the pump can be sized for 1,500–2,000 hours of hose life.
| Specification | Details |

| Hose Size | 25 × 54 × 1,090 mm (1″ hose is the only wearable part) |
| Pump Weight | 112 lb (51 kg) pump only; 176 lb (80 kg) with drive |
| Case Lubricant | 2.22 qt (2.1 L) glycerine/glycol |
| Design | Lubricant-filled shoe style — ductile-iron casing, aluminum/cast-iron shoe, steel cover |
The 4006 uses fiber-braided hoses in natural rubber, oil-rated NBR, EPDM and Hypalon. Typical hose life is 1,500–2,000 hours at 30 RPM. We can review chemical compatibility and provide samples for soak testing when needed. A searchable peristaltic hose chemical compatibility guide is also available.
Connections are 1″ 150 lb ANSI flanges. The flange is 316 stainless steel; the insert is 316 SST, polypropylene or PVDF.
Six three-phase 230–460 VAC TEFC gear-motor speeds are offered, from 1½ HP to 3 HP. Single-phase power can be accommodated when required. Maximum pressure is speed-dependent:
| Flow (GPM) | HP | Gear Ratio | Pump RPM | Max. PSI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1.5 | 1½ | 97:1 | 18 | 217 |
| 2.8 | 2 | 54:1 | 32 | 217 |
| 3.9 | 3 | 39:1 | 45 | 217 |
| 5.5 | 3 | 28:1 | 63 | 217 |
| 7.6 | 3 | 20:1 | 87 | 140 |
| 8.8 | 3 | 17:1 | 100 | 140 |
Catalog maximum discharge pressure is 218 PSI. Fluid viscosity of 0–250 cps is intended for 0–75 PSIG; 250–100,000 cps for 0–217 PSIG. Stay in the continuous-duty portion of the curve when the application runs around the clock.
Approximate assembled cost is $6,140 including the gear motor. Hose material and connection type can affect the cost. Final pricing is confirmed with the inquiry.
