The model 4006 Vector peristaltic pump has a lubricated shoe design making it capable of continuous duty applications at higher pressures than it's comparable dry roller counterpart  - the model 2006.  The performance chart delineates the recommended flow rates based upon continuous, intermittent and occasional duty applications in support of obtaining 1,500 to 2,000 hours of hose life.

 

There are four hose materials for the model 4006: natural rubber, oil-rated nitrile, EPDM and Hypalon.  The connections consist of 150# RF ANSI flanges made of 316SS, polypropylene or PVDF.

 

We offer (6) gear motor options within a 1½ to 3 horsepower size, all are 230-460v 3 phase, however we can accommodate single phase power if needed.
