Wanner™ Hydra-Cell^® Pro D03 and M03 pumps are robust sealless positive displacement pumps for flow rates up to 3 GPM and a pressure capacity up to 1,200 PSI. The D03 variant features a male pump shaft requiring a shaft coupling for motor attachment whereas the M03 version has a hollow pump shaft, effortlessly accepting the motor shaft of a 56C NEMA frame motor, thus eliminating the need for a shaft coupling or guard.

The sealless design of the 03 series Hydra Cell Pro pumps are undamaged by dry operation, restricted or blocked inlets, and handles an extensive range of liquids. Without cups, packing, or mechanical seals, these pumps can handle non-lubricating and extreme temperature liquids as they are not dependent upon the pumped liquid for cooling or lubrication.

The 03 series Hydra Cell Pro pumps find applications across diverse industries, serving chemical metering, farming (fertilizer dosing and hydro-seeding), catalyst injection for NOx reduction, greenhouse humidification, evaporative cooling, hydrostatic testing, reverse osmosis, and special effects for entities like Disney Imagineering.

In the D03 Hydra-Cell Pro, only the diaphragms, O-rings, and check valve assemblies contact the fluid. Gradual wear is limited to check valves, typically requiring service only after 6,500 to 8,700 hours of continuous use. This type of wear is gradual, resulting in a decline in performance rather than abrupt leakage or pump damage. Repairs are completed in under an hour without specialized tools or removing the pump from the line. The Monoblock version streamlines check valve replacement further by eliminating the necessity to remove the pump head.
