T200 Hydra-Cell™ pumps are currently the largest pump
manufactured by Wanner Engineering,
capable of 3500 PSI.
Its a monster! Weighing 3000 lbs and having a 4" diameter
pump shaft, the T200 has a 4" FNPT or 300# ANSI flanged inlet
with 2" FNPT or 2500# RTJ ANSI discharge port.
A
continuation of the T100 and Q155 Hydra-Cell pumps invented for
oil field applications such as well injection and fracking, the
T200 has an extremely reliable sealless design. Whereas
piston and plunger pumps have mechanical seals to prevent the
pumped fluid from contacting the hydraulic side of the pump, the
T200 Hydra Cell pump does not; instead it relies on a patented
hydraulically diaphragm design. Wanner Engineering
invented this style of pump nearly 50 years ago and is renowned
for its reliability, low cost of ownership and design
simplicity.
Unique Features of
T200 Hydra-Cell Pumps
Available to meet API
674 standards
Seal-less design
eliminates leaks, hazards and the expense associated with seals
and packing
Low NPSH requirements
allow for operation with a vacuum condition on the suction -
positive
suction pressure is not necessary
Can operate with a
closed or blocked suction line and run dry indefinitely without
damage, eliminating
downtime and repair costs
Unique diaphragm design
handles more abrasives with less wear than gear, screw or
plunger pumps
Hydraulically balanced
diaphragms to handle high pressures with low stress
Rugged construction for
long life with minimal maintenance
Compact design and
double-ended shaft provide a variety of installation options
