Vector model 4007 peristaltic hose pumps are designed to pump up to 16 GPM at pressures up to 217 PSI; the maximum pressure depends upon the flow rate and fluid viscosity (you can operate at higher pressures with higher viscosity fluids).  The lubricated shoe design enables continuous duty operation and higher discharge pressures.

 

We offer four hose materials for the model 4007: natural rubber, oil-rated nitrile, EPDM and Hypalon.  The 1½" 150# flanged connections are available in 316SS, polypropylene and PVDF materials.

 

There are six different gear motors with the 1½ to 3 HP size and they are 230-460v 3-phase, although we can accommodate single phase motor requests.  If used with a VFD our standard gear motors can be operated within a 4:1 turndown capacity.
