These large, industrial peristaltic pumps are used for continuous duty applications to transfer difficult to handle fluids and slurries such as meat rendering waste.  The simplistic dry casing with roller design provides reliable service for up to 2,000 hours of hose life when operated at ≤ 60 RPM (40 GPM) for ≤ 8 hours daily.

 

The four hose materials for 2008 peristaltic pumps are EPDM, Hypalon, natural rubber and oil-rated nitrile.  The hose connections are 3" male NPT or 150# ANSI flange in 316SS, carbon steel, nylon and polypropylene materials.

 

We offer (6) gear motor options to support flow rates as high as 50 GPM for intermittent duty applications and they range from 5 to 7½ horsepower.
