The 2009 Vector peristaltic pump has a 4" size hose designed to transfer fluids at a rate up to 120 GPM at pressures up to 90 PSI and the hose will last at least 1500 hours hours when operated ≤ 50 RPM for ≤ 8 hours daily. The simplicity of the dry case roller design reduces potential cross contamination and reduces maintenance associated with occasional hose replacement.

 

There are 4 hose materials for the 2009 peristaltic pump: EPDM, Hypalon, natural rubber and oil-rated nitrile.  We can assist with determining the most compatible material for your application as well as provide you with samples for soak tests if necessary.  View searchable PDF peristaltic hose chemical compatibility guide.

 

A 4" 150# ANSI flanged connection is standard although we offer 4" MNPT connections in steel, nylon and 316SS also.

 

There are (6) gear motor options for the model 2009 peristaltic pump, ranging from 7½ to 15 horsepower and all 230-460v 3 phase.  To maximize hose life refer to the sizing guidelines in the Vector 2009 Catalog Pages; mostly try to keep the pump shaft speed to approximately ≤30 RPM.
