High Pressure Peristaltic Hose Pump

The Vector model 4014 is the largest lubricated shoe design peristaltic pump we offer; for flow ate over 135 GPM you would consider our roller design peristaltic pump, model 2010.  The flow range for the model 2014 peristaltic pump is 46 to 135 GPM and the maximum pressure is 218 PSI depending upon pump speed and the viscosity of the fluid being pumped.  The flow range is determined in support of obtaining at least 1,500 to 2,000 hours of hose life and the gear motors used have a turn-down capability of 4:1 when used with an optional variable frequency drive.  The performance chart delineates the recommended flow range for continuous, intermittent and occasional duty applications.

 

The four hose materials for the 2014 peristaltic pump are natural rubber, oil-rated nitrile, EPDM and Hypalon.  The 3" 150# RF ANSI flanged connections are available in 316SS, polypropylene and PVDF materials.

 

We offer (5) gear motor sizes for the model 4014 ranging from 15 HP to 25 HP.
