The model 2010 Vector pump is the largest of our dry case roller design industrial peristaltic pumps, having a 5" hose designed to output up to 150 GPM at pressures up to 115 PSI with a  hose life of 1,500 to 2,000 hours when operated at ≤30 RPM (150 GPM) for ≤ 8 hours daily.

 

There are four hose materials for the model 2010 peristaltic pump: oil-rated nitrile, EPDM, Hypalon and natural rubber.  Although we have a searchable PDF peristaltic hose compatibility guide, we are glad to assist with material compatibility suggestions and provide samples for soak testing if needed.

 

The standard connection size is a 6" 150# RF ANSI flange made of carbon steel although we can provide 5" size flanges in nylon and PVC as well as other materials if needed.

 

There are six gear motor versions supporting flows as high as 211 GPM for intermittent duty applications.
