Vector Model 2010 Peristaltic Pump

Dry-Case Roller Design — 100 mm Hose, up to 211 GPM at 116 PSI

The Vector 2010 is the largest dry-case roller pump in the 2000 Series. A 100 mm hose is the only part in contact with the process fluid. When the pump is operated at ≤30 RPM for ≤8 hours per day, typical hose life is 1,500–2,000 hours.

The dry roller design isolates the fluid from the casing and drive. The 2010 is self-priming, can run dry without damage, and is fully reversible.

Hose Materials & Connections

The 2010 uses braided hoses in EPDM, Hypalon, natural rubber and oil-rated nitrile. Hypalon is limited to 70 PSIG. We can review chemical compatibility and provide samples for soak testing when needed. A searchable peristaltic hose chemical compatibility guide is also available.

The standard connection is a 6″ 150 lb carbon steel ANSI flange. 5″ ANSI flanges are also offered in nylon (200°F / 93°C max.) and PVC (176°F / 80°C max.).

Gear-Motor Options

Five three-phase 230–460 VAC TEFC gear-motor speeds are offered, from 10 HP to 20 HP. Maximum pressure at the highest speed is 100 PSI:

Shaft-drive configuration (no motor) is also available. 211 GPM is an intermittent rating. Fluid viscosity of 0–500 cps is intended for 0–75 PSIG; 500–100,000 cps for 0–100 PSIG. For longest hose life, stay near ≤30 RPM where the duty allows.

2010 Gearmotor and Gearbox Numbers

B2 and F2 gearboxes are for a NEMA 215TC motor; G2 and M2 for 254TC; T2 for 256TC. Silicone grease for dry-case service: 2000-115-3400 (5.3 oz) or 2000-115-3401 (14.1 oz). Glycerine/glycol lubricant for a filled case: 3000-115-3408 (1 qt), 3000-115-3404 (1 gal) or 3000-115-3406 (6 liters).
