Q155 Hydra Cell Pumps have five pump chambers, making it the
highest capacity Hydra Cell Pump manufactured by Wanner
Engineering. There are two base models the Q155L (higher
flow rates at lower pressures) and Q155M (higher pressures and
thus lower flow rates).
The Q155 pump weighs 1700 lbs and
has a 3" diameter pump shaft and 4" FNPT or 300# flanged inlet
port. The outlet port is either 2" FNPT/2500# RTJ flange
or 3" FNPT/900# flanged depending upon the flow rate and
discharge pressure.
Q155 Hydra Cell Pumps are available
in materials such as nickel aluminum bronze, duplex alloy 2205,
hastelloy CX2m and 316L stainless steel, which enables them to
be used for aggressive fluids and installed in corrosive
environments.
The 5 pump chamber design results in
smooth, pulseless flow rates and is very easy to access for
occasional check valve replacement.
Unique Features of
Q155 Hydra-Cell Pumps
Available to meet API
674 standards
Seal-less design
eliminates leaks, hazards and the expense associated with seals
and packing
Low NPSH requirements
allow for operation with a vacuum condition on the suction -
positive
suction pressure is not necessary
Can operate with a
closed or blocked suction line and run dry indefinitely without
damage, eliminating
downtime and repair costs
Unique diaphragm design
handles more abrasives with less wear than gear, screw or
plunger pumps
Hydraulically balanced
diaphragms to handle high pressures with low stress
Rugged construction for
long life with minimal maintenance
Compact design and
double-ended shaft provide a variety of installation options
