Unleash the power of the Wanner™ Hydra-Cell^® Pro model D04 pump, an upgraded high-pressure version of the Hydra Cell Pro model D03 pump. Capable of outputting up to 3 GPM at pressures reaching 2500 PSI, this pump boasts enhanced components that redefine performance:

 

• Reinforced Components: Upgrades include a strengthened crankshaft and connecting rods with larger lands, a robust cast housing, and a steel-machined diaphragm plate. Enhanced Pressure Handling: Diaphragms feature retaining lips for higher pressure resilience, while thicker manifold and valve plates, equipped with longer, heavier bolts, ensure superior strength.

• Ideal for applications requiring 1000 to 2500 PSI, such as spray atomization, power cleaning, CNC machinery coolant, papermaking industry tasks, hydrostatic testing, and chemical injection.

• Sealless Design for Versatility: The D04 Hydra-Cell Pro pump's sealless design enables handling of fluids with particulate matter, extreme temperatures, or non-lubricating properties, making it ideal for various industries.

• Longevity & Maintenance: With easily replaceable check valve assemblies having a lifespan of 9-12 months (6570-8760 hours), maintenance is minimal.

• Selecting the Right Fit: Choose from stainless steel, Hastelloy, tungsten carbide, or ceramic check valve materials to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

 

The Sealless design of the Hydra-Cell Pro model D04 pump enables it to handle fluids that have particulate, are at extreme temperatures or non-lubricating which are incompatible with mechanically sealed piston, plunger and gear pumps.

 

The wear item of a Hydra-Cell Pro model D04 pump is their check valve assemblies and there are (6) per pump.  The check valves are easily removed with common tools and require no special training.  Often the valve changing procedure is accomplished at the processing line within an hour.
