Metering Pump Calibration Cylinders

Calibration cylinders provide an accurate indication of flow rate given the specific conditions related to your application, such as the fluid viscosity, pump location in relation to the fluid source and wear of pump components.  Installed on the suction side of a positive displacement pump, the "drawdown" of the calibrated columns can be timed and the pump flow rate calculated in support of accurate dosing.

Calibration should be performed when the fluid characteristics change and after pump repair in addition to any other time for which the pump operation might be affected.
