The Wanner Hydra-Cell® Pro P200 metering pump satisfies API 675 performance standards for linearity, steady-state accuracy and repeatability at flow rates up to 80 GPH and pressures to 1,000 PSI. Its seal-less design reliably meters a broad range of fluids — from clear water to viscous or abrasive slurries.
The P200 is a standard Hydra-Cell Pro Model M03 pump fitted with a right-angle gearbox. Twelve standard gearbox ratios interface with 56C NEMA frame 1800 RPM motors, allowing lower flow rates while using smaller motors and VFDs.
| Specification | Details |
|---|---|

| Maximum Pressure | 1,000 PSI |
| Design | Seal-less triplex diaphragm (based on M03) with gearbox |
| Pulse Frequency | Approximately 2 to 36 pulses per second (6 pulses per shaft revolution) |
| Gearbox Options | 12 standard ratios for 56C NEMA 1800 RPM motors |
| Base Model | Hydra-Cell Pro M03 |
The camshaft actuates each diaphragm in sequence through a dynamic hydraulic cylinder. This triplex design produces six pulses per shaft revolution — roughly 2 to 36 pulses per second depending on gearbox ratio. The high pulse frequency is typically sufficient to eliminate the need for pulsation dampeners, removing both the cost of the dampener and its ongoing maintenance.
Because the P200 has no cups, packing or mechanical seals, it can:
Only the diaphragms, o-rings and check valves contact the process fluid. Check valves are the primary wear item (typically 9–12 months of continuous service, or roughly 6,570–8,760 hours, depending on fluid characteristics). They can be replaced in about one hour without special tools and often without removing the pump from the process line.
Most VFDs offer basic programmability and can interface with a customer-supplied PLC.
We can supply complete pump/motor/VFD/PLC packages. Provide your design criteria and we will size the motor and optional controllers accordingly.
