Sealless pumps for 0.4 to 11.5 GPM at pressures up to 232 PSI

The Hua Yun IHP20Z - IHP32Z series peristaltic pumps  are designed to transfer fluids up to 11.5 GPM at pressures up to 232 PSI.  Since it is an industrial duty peristaltic pump, when operated ≤ 30 RPM for ≤ 8 hours daily you can expect approximately 1,200 hours of hose life.

 

Hua Yun peristaltic pump hose materials include:

• EPDM

• Natural rubber (industrial and food grade)

• Nitrile Rubber (industrial and food grade)

 

If you are not sure about fluid compatibility we can assist you and provide samples for soak testing.

 

The connections are typically a stainless steel hose barb although we can provide threaded, flanged and tri-clamp connections as well as other materials as needed.

 

We offer several gear motor sizes, ranging from 1.5 to 3HP depending upon pump model with our standard gear box ratio set-up for continuous duty flow rates (approximately 34 RPM).

 

We can accommodate special motors such as single phase or motors suitable for hazardous duty locations.

Depending upon the hose size the displacement from 0.04 to 0.2 gallons per revolution and intermittent applications can be sized for up to 60 RPM.

 

Model IHP20/25/32Z peristaltic pumps feature:

• ¾", 1" or 1¼" ID hose is only wearable part

 

Model IHP20/25/32Z peristaltic pumps can handle:

• Solids from 1/16" to 1/8" depending upon hose size

• Viscosity up to 15,000 cps

• Liquid temperatures up to 194ºF
