Wanner™ Hydra-Cell^® Pro Model D66 Pumps

13 to 65.7 GPM at 50 to 1,000 PSI

The D66 is a sealless positive-displacement Hydra-Cell^® Pro for 13 to 65.7 GPM at 50 to 1,000 PSI. It is a pentaplex — five chambers — so the flow is smooth. Pulse rate at 65 GPM is over 160 per second.

Typical duties are high-pressure work that also needs real flow: centrifugal seal flush, centralized cleaning, large CNC coolant. A physically larger head also helps on viscous liquid.

Like the rest of the line, a D66 meters — repeatability, steady-state accuracy and linearity — across a 10:1 turndown. On this frame that is about 6.5 to 65 GPM.

Polypropylene heads are available for lower-pressure aggressive liquid. Standard alloys are brass, nickel-plated ductile iron and 316 stainless steel.

A D66 will run dry, live with a closed inlet, and handle fluid from −20°F to 200°F.
