Wanner Hydra-Cell Pro^® Model D66 Pumps

13 to 65.7 GPM at 50 to 1,000 PSI

The D66 is a sealless positive-displacement Wanner Hydra-Cell Pro^® pump for 13 to 65.7 GPM at 50 to 1,000 PSI. It is a pentaplex design having five chambers — so the flow is smooth. Pulse rate at 65 GPM is over 160 per second.

Typical duties are high-pressure applications requiring consistent flow: centrifugal seal flush, centralized cleaning, large CNC coolant systems. A physically larger head also helps on viscous liquid applications.

Like the rest of the Wanner Hydra-Cell Pro^® pumps, a D66 meters within API 675 standards — repeatability, steady-state accuracy and linearity — across a 10:1 turndown; about 6.5 to 65 GPM.

Polypropylene heads are available for lower-pressure aggressive liquids. Standard alloys are brass, nickel-plated ductile iron and 316 stainless steel.

A D66 will run dry, survive a closed inlet, and handle fluid temperatures from −20°F to 200°F.
