Industrial peristaltic pumps — hose pumps — are sealless positive-displacement machines with strong suction lift. They earn their keep on viscous liquid and high-solids streams: wastewater, chemical slurry, food. The wet end is a hose that is pinched. Scheduled work is a new hose and hose lubricant. A typical industrial hose is built for more than 1,500 hours.
Most brands sell the same elastomer families and pinch the hose the same way. Below are the six industrial names we see most, then a size chart you can use to order a replacement.

Flow and pressure bands overlap. The largest frames sometimes put more than one head on one gearmotor.
Two ways to pinch the hose: a shoe or rollers. A shoe uses two or more rounded profiles that slide on the hose. The cavity around that pinch is filled with lubricant so the shoe does not scrape the cover. A roller usually needs only a light grease on the hose OD because it rolls instead of slides. Rollers stop under about 100 PSIG. Shoes go to about 232 PSIG.
Hua Yun is the exception: a lubricated roller. It has shoe-style lubrication with roller pinch, so it will run to 232 PSIG. Hoses last longer (less shear on the cover) and the wall is thicker.
The size chart below is how you match a hose from one brand to another. IDs line up because only a few plants make these hoses; most pump companies buy from the same vendors. OD usually differs by about 1 mm. Length is what changes. We stock Vector and Hua Yun and trim length to fit the other names.
If you buy from another distributor, measure ID, OD and length yourself. In the U.S. a 1½″ fitting is often adapted onto 32 mm or 40 mm hose — it is not automatically a 38 mm ID. You can cut a long hose down. You cannot stretch a short one.
